PAYMENT
All gift shop products, we ship from our U.S.A. warehouse,Located at Supreme Housewares & gifts 46025 Warm Springs Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539. We accept Visa, Master, American Express and Discover.
All payments will be cleared before any merchandise is shipped.
SHIPMENT
All shippments are delivered by UPS. Available options include ground, 3 day
select, 2nd day air and next day air. UPS ground is the basic and economic delivery
service for general needs.
DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE CLAIMS
Please make sure to check the package upon its arrival and refuse the damaged
package. All inside damage or shortage must be reported to us within 48 hours
after receiving the merchandise.
RETURN
Your satisfaction is our goal. For returned item, we refund the original purchase
price less the original shipping cost. Return merchandise must be unused and
in its original package with good condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged
for returns after 15 days of the invoice date. All returns must be pre-arranged
by calling 1-800-796-7797 and we reserve the right to refuse any returns without
authorization. No return will be accepted after 30 days of the invoice date.
